I just wanted to express my deep appreciation for the assistance that I have received from you all as I obtained my Cert IV and now with the Diploma of Construction and in advance as I endeavour to do the Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction.
Steve, I really appreciated your guidance and assistance with the Cert IV process especially in regards to the collating of all the information you required. The way that you generously gave me your time during the meetings we had to go over the information and the fact that what you said you were going to do, you did, was refreshing to say the least.
The process following the completion of the Cert IV which enabled me to obtain my QBCC Builder License (which I have been able to use on a number of volunteer building Projects already😊) and then transitioning to the Diploma in Construction was made so simple and affordable and has highlighted the wisdom of continuing my training with Realistic.
Justin, thank you also for your assistance both with myself but more than that, with Michael and his training as a carpentry apprentice. Your kindness on the day we met with you and the way you dignified Michael with the questions you needed to ask as well as the speedy way you processed his application, just awesome mate!
The lengths you went to along with your efforts to help Michael, were truly remarkable and genuinely appreciated by both myself and Michael. You and Realistic have given this fine young man an opportunity to have a trade, this is the sort of thing that changes lives😊

For us to have the privilege of being trained by someone with your background and level of experience, for the help you give to be based not on book knowledge but REAL hands on experience makes ALL the difference. The way you kindly explain things, never making anyone feel like a fool but rather dignifying the one asking the question along with your regular email reminders, provision of resources and materials to facilitate the smooth processing of our training, is deeply appreciated.
I really enjoy coming to the classroom for training, it’s a little haven away from the crazy world and ever ringing phone. To be able to sit quietly and work my way through modules, ask questions and listen to you explaining things to others is incredible helpful and something I look forward to each time I’m booked in to come to the class room.
