This course is designed for those who want to gain employment in an office or business, but also for people whose current job involves business administration and feel that they need some formal training and advice. Job roles may include but are not limited to:

Minimum Requirements

There are no formal prerequisite requirements for individual units of competency. However, it would be anticipated that the applicant would have a basic sound literacy and computing skills. If the applicant does not have access to a work place, Realistic Training Options will provide them with a simulated environment, supported by work experience opportunities within its own organisation.
